As of July 2nd 2026 ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL.


You can always contact us for any return question at lindsay@walkerjewelry.com. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom jewelry (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

*Jewelry classes are non refundable once purchased, although they can be rescheduled. Email lindsay@walkerjewelry.com to reschedule a class. 

*****No Refunds or Replacements For Lost Permanent Jewelry***** 

If by an unfortunate accident, your chain falls off, I will be happy to re attach it at no additional cost within 48 hours. After that, re attaching your chain costs $20.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
